Fast4 is a concept
born out of an ideal that human beings facing
Humanitarian Crisis throughout the world that "Have
Not" can be helped by those that "Have".
Fast4 is like the Race for Life and Comic Relief and
is set to become an annual event.
Fast4 is a sponsored charity event where
participants will choose whatever they wish to give
up for a day. It could be fasting, missing out on a
favourite snack, Playstation, Cigarettes, TV,
Coffee. The list is endless!
Fast4 is about bringing people together from all
walks of life irrespective of race, colour or
religious beliefs. We want to show the people of
Swat that we care. By giving up something small we
can all make such a huge difference and lessen the
suffering of others.
Let us empower ourselves today and make a difference
for those in need.
Fast4Swat is at present for the refugees in
Pakistan and there are plans in the near
future to conceive one for Africa and other
regions wherever Humanitarian Crises occur.
